“Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service.
