Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt leider sehr laut – sowohl durch den Straßenlärm als auch durch andere Bewohner im Haus. Für jemanden, der arbeiten oder sich erholen möchte, ist das keine gute Umgebung. Auch auf Probleme oder Anfragen reagiert der Vermieter nur sehr verzögert, was bei längeren Aufenthalten ziemlich unpraktisch ist. Die Gegend wirkt zudem nicht besonders sicher, vor allem abends fühlt man sich etwas unwohl. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip vielleicht noch machbar, aber für längere Aufenthalte definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
