An outstanding hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are incredibly cool & comfortable, the breakfast spread is magnificent, abundant in delicious fresh food forall tastes, and the staff are exceptionally helpful throughout the building. Kudos to Karla and Mireia at the reception, I wish I knew the names of the lovely staff at the breakfast restaurant, all very professional and pleasant. I could not have loved more the pool with an amazing panoromic view of the city, and the spa is great too! Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, congratulations to all the staff foe their seamless and pitch perfct work.

I’m staying at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf for my second week and have really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the sauna and swimming pool are great. A special thank you to Airi at reception. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her warm welcome and support have made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Room was great , Staff were great. Location is very hand for Main Station and Underground. However the elevators take a lifetime to come. Especially in the morning. Stairs are for emergency use only so you have no choice but to wait on the elevator. It took 15 mins one morning for us to get to reception from the elevator. Clean room with basic but good facilities. Didn’t read the note about having to pay extra for pool access so this was a surprise. Room was far too hot and due to street noise it was impossible to sleep well. Bed was comfortable though
