“All the staff were terrific EXCEPT the housekeeper. The floors were FILTHY. My last 2 days 6/23/26 & 6/24/26 -my bed was not made, no replacement of bath towels, kitchen towels for drying, hand towels, AND bath mats to step on. * I didn't call the desk, as I thought there might be a staffing issue for a day. “Loved my stay here, I will say customer service here is a bit different as the culture is very relaxed, but the staff took great care of me and had great advice about excursions! If you are planning to come just know that you will be a bit farther from most activities as the resort is a bit tucked away so your cab fare will be higher, and some cab companies do not service to the resort. Other than that great views, amazing food and drinks!”
