“Spacious and next to ocean. Overall nice property. The floors are creaky so pack earplugs as I could hear people upstairs, and I am sure folks below could hear us. I pack ear plugs anyway, but just a suggestion. ”

“We loved the proximity to the ocean and the town center, the parking and the tea/ coffee/ drinks available. We noticed that some staff and clients wore masks and some didn't. Nothing was said to those not wearing them. This was disappointing.”

Good airconditioning although the breeze off the North Sea was generally enough to keep the place cool. We had a massive thunderstorm while we were there so had to shut all the windows so the AC got a work out then. “I have stayed a lot of hotels, but this hotel's receptionist is the most nauseating. Though I wanted to stay more and have breakfast, after experiencing bloody receptionist's behavior, I changed my mind. Receptionist Dar**l(who was wearing black clothes not Carlton Beach Uniform), said rudely, "there is no Superior room Sea view for you." Even though I payed more money for a Superior room Sea view when I booked the room, she just said "No, No, I said there is no room for you. Just stay normal...

“Hôtel situé en face de la plage très jolie et bien emménagée . Hôtel a une déco globale un peu vieillissante mais très propre et chambre sont très sympa avec vue mer magnifique . Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement.bon . Pancakes fait minute machine pour presser les oranges et pour le reste beaucoup de choix sucré et salé . L’Aqua center est très agréable aussi . ”
