“Great location. Easy walk to downtown or the train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Bar / restaurant was very nice. I would stay again in a minute!”
“I have stayed a lot of hotels, but this hotel's receptionist is the most nauseating. Though I wanted to stay more and have breakfast, after experiencing bloody receptionist's behavior, I changed my mind. Receptionist Dar**l(who was wearing black clothes not Carlton Beach Uniform), said rudely, "there is no Superior room Sea view for you."
Even though I payed more money for a Superior room Sea view when I booked the room, she just said "No, No, I said there is no room for you. Just stay normal...
