โGreat little hotel in a wonderful location. Rooms are tasteful and comfortable, and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was of a great standard. The roof terrace was a nice bonus, and the hotel is situated just off the main street and a short walk from the beach. Negatives were that the walls were a bit marked and the carpets were slightly stained, but overall a really nice hotel. Perfect for a relaxed break.โ

โSemarah Lielupe hotel is the best in the area. The location is walkable to the sea and the surrounding area is beautiful and safe. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and very professional. They cater to all your needs and respond immediately. The amenities of the hotel are amazing: spa service, gym, pool and saunas. โAn elegant, modern,sleek hotel adjacent to great restaurants, fabulous historic apartments and a major tree-lined park. That JFK stayed in the same place when he was 22 years old is a nice added touch. โ
โOne of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.โ

โReally high-spec hotel and room. All beautifully decorated and presented, including public areas. Young staff on reception were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Our twin apartment was small but top notch and very well equipped. It was handy to be able to get extra items such as pillows, toaster and iron from reception. On first impressions the area this side of the station where the hotel is located was not very nice. However, it was in fact safe and interesting, especially the markets....
โIn the heart of the old town near to all attractions , unique individual hotel . Clean & tidy , no added frills but great value for money . A big chain hotel it isn't but all the better from my point of view . โ
