โThe staff was exceptional, kind, accommodating and so helpful. There was a gentleman the first night who went above and beyond in all ways. The only mild issue was the rubberized coating on the deck crumbled off and tracked inside. Otherwise, perfe t in every way! Thank you. We will be back!โ
โThe building doesnโt look great on the outside, but the room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was super-friendly. And it was a good price! And itโs right on the beach!
I agree with some other reviewers that the smell of cleaning products was very strong and persistent. To me, it was still very worth it. โ
โSuch a lovely place! All of the rooms have a beautiful view of the water, parking is convenient and easy, and the beds were so comfortable! We were really pleased with how clean and pleasant the room was. โ
โOne thing I donโt understand is why the sign said โFire Door keep closed at all timesโ & it was open the entire length of our stay?! It was held open!! โ
โI was shocked that the ocean view room my wife was looking so forward to was a garden view despite the fact we had a picture provided by expedia showing ocean front view . Expedia cheated us with false information. Fortunately the hotel had one ocean view left for $80 more dollars plus tax. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of seniors. thank youโ
โAccessibility is an issue that needs to be clear - also property was vacant as we arrived early. No one to talk to re accomodation. Special request was not responded to until after the โcancel for freeโ deadline so I could not make a clear decision based on info from the โhotelierโ. Was more like an air B&B rental than actual B&B or motel/hotel.โ
