"We had a wonderful stay when we were in town to watch a sporting event. When we were checking in the front desk was so friendly and accommodating and explained everything about the parking and amenities. Our room was immaculate and the view was amazing. We were walking distance to Huntingdon Bank Field. We were extremely happy with the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant, and the staff was attentive. We also enjoyed beverages and live entertainment on the rooftop lounge where the view was...

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"Hotel was clean. Close to everything. We stayed for a brandon lake concert at the wolstein center. It took about 20 minutes to walk there. Tons of food around the area walkable. Right before you get to the hotel there is a pnc parking deck that only cost 8 dollars overnight. You can valet park for 50 but they go park your car in the same deck. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and quiet. "

"I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes...
