โThe owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL gamesโ
โI really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.โ
โGreat stay! Very clean and family friendly. Room was big enough for a family of 4 + some room. Kids loved the pool and free breakfast. Breakfast included everything you'd want! Would stay here again in a heart beat! โ
โI arrived at 6 p.m. and was told to wait as the room was not ready. The staff had no manners. When I asked why, they told me there was a problem with the drying of the bedsheets. I waited for half an hour, but they kept saying sorry without expression. When I went up to the room, the bedsheets were wrinkled and unpleasant, and the bathtub was clogged and the water did not flush. This is the worst hotel you should not visit.โ
โNice facility in a good neighborhood. We liked the availability of 10 EV chargers on the premises and used one of them to charge our vehicle before we checked out.โ
โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ
โWe stayed here before our flight the next day. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast we a good variety for us to choose from and relax before our flight.โ
