We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always been a great place to stay when in WNY. Staff is always friendly, and Nona the GM got us checked in real quick. The room was super clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast offered so many choices, just great! Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants galore! Short drive from the airport. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was ok. We stayed on the first floor and our 2nd night was horrible. No one slept. From 2am until 5am there were people talking loudly and laughing near the front desk. We called the front desk a couple of times to have the noise level addressed and it was met with “we don’t hear anyone, we checked.” So I’m almost certain it was the front desk agent hanging out with friends during their shift. I have worked for Hilton hotels before and this level of customer care was terrible.
