"The East Austin Hotel was in a very convenient location for downtown, SoCo, and more. A quick Uber ride took us anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel room was very nice, and we had a poolside room with a balcony, and we enjoyed sitting there. The restaurant Poeta at the hotel served us some of the most delicious food we have ever had. You must try the beet salad. We were given a $10.00 off coupon to use at the restaurant each day of our stay. The pool was well maintained, and the pool bar was a nice place to hang out. The staff provide us bottled water upon request and were very helpful with any questions we had. There were food trucks and lots of entertainment locations right around the hotel. If we come back to Austin, this is where we will stay."
