"The location was very nice and the property was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. We booked a room with a balcony and mountain view, but were given a different room without either. I understand that overbooking can sometimes happen, and I can accept that. However, the main issue was the bed. It was damaged, noisy and squeaky, which made it very difficult to sleep. On the first day, when we arrived, I spoke by phone with a man from the property. Hotel Zelený Potok

Hotel Zelený Potok

10/10 Excellent
"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
