“The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. ”

“Parking was a bit difficult due to the hills, however everything else was perfect. Friendly staff, close to high street and beach, perfect location for any Gavin and Stacey fans as close to all the hot spots. ”

“When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. “Great value stay in a good lication”

“We were able to check the car into the carpark 2 hrs prior to our check in which was handy. Nice size room but the bathroom door which had transparent glass on the top was opposite the bed meaning to privacy whilst on the loo! The sash windows rattled and one would not lock so we had to ram a piece of cardboard down the side to stop the rattling noise. Comfy bed and pillows. The floorboards were the creakiest I've ever encountered so it was really difficult trying to get to the kettle to make...

“I was really pleased to get this hotel, not only to find it so close to the airport but also because of the friendly staff, clean and well appointed bedroom and bathroom and the delicious fresh buffet breakfast which was inclusive in the price). Highly recommend it if arriving or departing from Bristol Airport.”
