What a lovely little trip to Wookey Hole. Really comfortable and convenient hotel for a day out to the caves. Staying at the hotel allowed for an easy day out with the children. Nice sized room with comfortable beds for 2 adults and 2 children.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Bar staff unfortunately didn't seem to know what they were doing and we were overcharged but staff on front desk were very helpful Breakfast was good for most of our party but not much for a dairy intolerance. Games room was a pound for each game. Great and convenient that it is right next to The Wookey caves.

A really great family hotel right next to the Wookey Hole attraction. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable.One negative point: the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working and the shower wasn't handheld, but fixed to the wall, causing a lot of splashing.

Very spacious rooms, a lot of privacy offered, good showers, good Wi fi I specifically want to name Diane or whoever the staff lady was evenings of Thursday and Friday night June 4th and 5th - so so kind and understanding - I needed soya milk and to stay and work online outside check out time and she was very helpful.
