"The rooms were amazing. I had the Junior Suite and I LOVED IT. The cooling system could have been better but it worked and considering the temperature outside it worked well enough I assume. The shower area needed some slight improvements. The room view was nothing to write home about. In the 5A building the elevator made a noise but they worked perfectly fine. The buffet did not have many breakfast choices. If you were a non-Pork eater the food was well seasoned and plentiful. The nightclub was only open a few days out of the week and I wish it could have been open during the days I was there, the pools shut down at 6 PM which I wish they could have stayed open later. The drinks were really good. The casino was nice. The spa was AMAZING. It’s definitely not a party resort. It was a huge property and I didn’t experience everything… but I’ll go back definitely… Zen restaurant was AWESOME with well seasoned food and an entertaining atmosphere and staff."

"Excellence Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! The entire resort is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. A special shoutout to our server Adan, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He truly made our experience even better. Josias at the front desk was also phenomenal. Extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to do whatever he could to help us. The level of service here is second to none. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests and takes pride in making your stay special. We had an incredible experience and will absolutely be back. 10/10 recommend Excellence Punta Cana!"

"The resort was beautiful and had many fun things to do, The food was terrific had many different selections available. The only thing I did not enjoy was the pools. Unfortunately the water in the pools was very hot and not fun to be in. The night club was in need of better air conditioning. The cenotes area was the best thing that I enjoyed."

"Great place to stay. Constant parties, food and drinks ok (shots only for me) too much sugar, club was nice as well but closed at 1 on Friday and Saturday and everyone kind of got pushed to casino. Beach was a vibe especially beach party, small amount of seaweed but was cleaned so no worries. Definitely would recommend this place and possibly will consider going back! "( solo traveler) This was my 9th time in Punta Cana, and I really loved the resort. It was beautiful and very clean, with amazing pools, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was great and good quality, although there wasn’t as much variety compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at in Punta Cana. However, if you’re going mainly for the beach, I would recommend choosing a resort in the Bávaro area instead. Unfortunately, the beach here was not nice at all, and that was the only real disappointment during my stay."
