"The butler assigned to us, Ángel Arias, provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs and requests. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
The overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, including Zumba classes, aquatic activities, and pool entertainment, which added to the overall experience.
There are a few areas that could be improved, such as a slight unpleasant odor in certain parts of the hotel. Additionally, I noticed that some of the tiles in the pool areas appear to be coming loose, so some maintenance and safety attention in those areas may be beneficial for guests.
However, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. The service, activities, hospitality, and overall experience were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.
I would also highly recommend purchasing the Premium Level service or the Guest Experience package, as it provides additional benefits and helps make the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable."
