East End, Richmond hotel rooms at the Accor Hotels

"The front desk staff is exceptionally rude. I prepaid for breakfast and politely asked if a coupon was needed since I didn’t get one with the room key. The lady felt irritated by my question. She looked at her cell phone and told me “No, go eat” without looking at me or saying anything else. A simple “good morning or hello” would have been nice. "

"Second time I've stayed here. I was impressed with the morning and evening dining options. Being able to NOT have to leave for food or a drink, especially at the end of a long day, is worth it's weight in gold, especially when the room rate makes it accessible."

"Clean room breakfast wasn’t the best"

"They don’t honor your request or value your right for privacy! They do not provide “do not disturb” signs so you have to let the front desk know that you don’t want housekeeping or be disturbed. That request was ignored. When I confronted them, they said they would bring it up to the head of housekeeping and gave me the number for the manager. I left a message for the manager but was met with silence. Upon check in, the room clean but the sink was dirty. NO hair dryers are available. The guide on the TV does not match the channels on the TV Plus, the colors on the TV were off (it had a blue ) and there was no way to fix it. The bed was decent but slides off the frame cause it’s just a cheap platform. Water doesn’t get very hot and the pressure is not great. The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof. You can hear (and feel) planes overhead. For a night or two, it’s fine. The ladies at the were very nice although no issues were remedied. "Cute hotel, wonderful staff. Amenities are nice. Bed is comfy. Shower was cold first thing in the morning like boiler ran out. "
