"Noisy. It is located in an industrial area near an active railroad. The room had an adjoining room door which allowed the neighbors conversations to be heard. Tried to shower in the AM but the water temp was barely lukewarm. The best thing was the remote was in a plastic bag which was great for reducing germs.
