“A classic “get what you pay for”. Which isn’t always bad. Clean, nice pool, sufficient breakfast was all I was expecting. Convenient to public transit, also. Suited my situation. Nothing fancy.”

“We didn’t get out booked room of a king bed, but we were tired and 2 queens was fine. Then later that night while we are in bed we have other guest walk into our room. Apparently they were given the same room. The front desk called to verify it was me in the room then hung up. At this point our cards got deactivated but they never told us this and that we would have to get them rekeyed at the desk. And throughout the night there was this weird tapping maybe from the next room but sound proofing...

“Room had no heat and no AC. Sinks in bathroom and puny kitchenette squirt when used. Shower curtain is too short, bathroom floods constantly, no ventilation so you can't get dry, either. Owners' minds are stuck in the 50s, as evidenced by their no-weed policy (this is Colorado; get with the times, losers). We find cockroaches all the time here. Work online? Too bad! The S***ternet will not help you. TV also sucks, very limited channels and the same crapola every d**n day, you'd think you...

“I reserved through Expedia including breakfirst as free. But reception didn't recognized every morning and I have to check always before having breakfirst. Furthermore, second time breakfirst is fully charged in my final receipt. I cannot accept and should be fixed correctly. The hotel and Expedia should reply to me ASAP.”
