직원 대응은 "I don't know"뿐.

“Good location, easy access to popular surrounding areas. Breakfast spread good. Faced minor nuisance with ongoing improvements/construction”

“Staff”

“Superb service by the staff, across the board. They are eager to help. Food in the restaurant was well-prepared and delicious. Hot water in the shower takes awhile, but it comes. A really good stay.”

“Good Location near Dalma Hills. The Chefs appeared to be good particularly with Indian and Chinese cuisine. Breakfast spread was not that great and was certainly not International like good 3-5 star hotels. The place is safe and staff behaviour good. The...

“Room is very good, hotel is also nice,, Hotel owner behaviour is very good, All is ok ”

“Excellent property with world class facilities. We stayed at the Royal Suites. This is comparable to any 5 star facility abroad. The shower reminder me of the “Heavenly shower” of a western brand hotel. Cleanliness and hospitality of staff is exemplary. Rupa and Prashanth did a phenomenal job to help us book and stay. Food was pretty good. Will highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we come this way.”
