“room smelled terrible and smelled like mold”

“They were very rude to me as soon as I came in. Not to mention the room was very dirty hair in bed old sheets room smelled also towels were stained all over . I wouldn’t go back here”

“We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. ”

“Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. “I called before I made the booking. They told me there was plenty of room in their parking lot for my U-Haul truck. I booked it when I arrived. There was no room in the parking lot. The desk told me to park across the street in a gravel lot. When I did, I realized it belonged to the automotive chain and not to the hotel.
