"Four of us came for MCM London, the staff were lovely and the room was clean.
Cleaners came in whilst we were out which was nice, but did throw away some hair pins for my friends wig.
Parking is first come first serve and there was only three spaces available, not a massive downside. Though I did have to park in the Ilford Exchange shopping centre carpark for the weekend, good place to park if the hotel spaces are full, seemed safe and was pretty cheap for London.
The pillows were pretty awful. All were flat and didn't provide any support.
Shower was alright, good pressure and temperature, though made the entire bathroom wet.
Would probably stay here again honestly, the area felt pretty safe and there's loads of shops and restaurants nearby, also only a couple mins to the Elizabeth line station."
