"Staff are incredibly nice and quick to respond anything we asked for. No hair dryers in the room/washroom but it was easy to request for one. Rooms in general were equipped with quite little (only a kettle, no mini fridge, no hair conditioner or body lotion) I did notice a lot of the towels still had things stuck to them or little stains visible, otherwise the location is super convenient as it’s pretty much directly across Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) so getting around London was very easy. Lots of good local spots to eat around this area as well. Overall it was a good stay :)"

"The room was clean and well lit. It is in a quiet area. Opposite is a Lidl, and bustops to the bluewater mall, bus 96. Just 2 minutes walk to bexleyheath shopping centre.good restaurants nearby walking distance."
