“식당이 공사 중이라고 하여 아쉬웠는데, 아쉬운 부분보다 좋은 점이 훨씬 많은 곳이었습니다! 청결하고, 직원도 친절하고, 방도 큰 편입니다. 공사로 인해 누리지 못한 부분은 무료로 제공되는 간식으로 충분했던 것 같습니다. 주변 유명한 관광지도 버스로 금방 이동할 수 있어서 편합니다(테이트 모던, 세인트폴 대성당, 타워브릿지 등).”
“협소하지만 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 1층 직원을 비롯한 조식 레스토랑의 직원 모두 친절합니다. 다만 숙소 내 모바일 통신이 잘 되 지 않아 다소 불편하였지만 wifi로 해결했습니다.
위치는 시내와는 떨어져 관광하기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 높은 빌딩들 사이에 있는 숙소라 조용하고 깔끔합니다.
다음 방문시에도 또 묵을 예정입니다.”

“honestly, very disappointing.
I'm not a picky person and usually don't leave any reviews but this time, I had to.
I checked-in after midnight. The room was extremely noisy because of the club (or a pub) downstairs. so i asked to change the room and they did. But the room was a smoking room and they didn't even mentioned or asked before switching.
One more thing. Normally, other hotels only hold the deposit, not charging. But they've charged 100 ￡ deposit when I checked-in and refunded...
