“This property takes bookings , once full they will then allow extra bookings and sell your room to someone else.. then when you go to check in they will say they have double booked you and there is no room… once you have then paid again to go to another hotel, the lovely owners of this hotel will keep your money and refuse a refund! “It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful”

“Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available.”

“The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed.
