Stay at Premier Inn Hammersmith – Friendly Staff and Excellent Breakfast! I stayed at Premier Inn Hammersmith in July 2025 with my teenage daughter and my 17-year-old son. We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in because of a discrepancy between Expedia's age classification (which considers 17 as a child) and UK hotel policy (where anyone 16+ is considered an adult). This initially caused some confusion at reception, but thankfully, one of the staff members was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue after reviewing our itinerary, which clearly showed the number of guests and their ages. Once that was sorted, our stay was excellent. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. What really stood out was the breakfast – a hot buffet with a great variety of options, all well prepared and regularly replenished. It was definitely worth including in the booking. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay again. The location is convenient only 5 min walk to underground metro.

The Continental Breakfast was very poor 8.95 per person No cheese Ham salami Boiled eggs. The staff were great . We asked for the room too be cleaned and wasn't. the beds were not changed either. Shopping was Ok in the near . Hotel was very close too the Hammersmith Underground very easy too get anywhere in London

Expedia advertised this hotel as having parking but it does not! There is not even a place to drive up and unload luggage. The staff and manager were so uninterested and unhelpful in helping us figure out where to park our car. The parking we did find was so expensive and took us hours to figure out. In general the staff are not helpful:( The only good thing was the location near Hammersmith station but we will never stay here again.

I checked in the day before my travelling companion and gave them all her details and gave her all the room details and despite this they wouldn’t let her check into the room. I’d also messaged her a photo of the room key with the room number to show them. Not very happy as they initially told me all I had to do was tell her to checkin under my name

Liked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10.

Hotel di recente costruzione, comodo perché a 5 minuti dalla metro di Hammersmith. Camere pulite con tutto l'essenziale. La pulizia in camera, come da avviso al check in, non viene fatta se non si richiesta, ma appunto, basta chiederla come da istruzioni. La colazione mi è piaciuta, c'è scelta tra dolce e salato, caffè, te e spremuta.....ecc. La hall e la zona per mangiare sono carine con poltrone e divanetti di vari colori. Lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile. Il check in anticipato ha un suo costo, noi siamo entrati circa 2 ore prima e abbiamo pagato 15 sterline. Abbiamo soggiornato in due, io e la mia ragazza, e siamo stati davvero bene. Sicuramente da rivalutare in caso di ritorno a Londra.

Ho viaggiato in famiglia, l'hotel è comodo e si mangia bene con prezzi adeguati, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana. L'unica nota negativa è la pulizia della camera e della biancheria del letto...purtroppo l'Inghilterra ha un concetto di pulizia molto diverso dall'Italia quindi non credo che gli altri hotel a Londra siano così diversi.... Nel complesso è sicuramente un hotel dove tornerei per un altro soggiorno a Londra

Was impressed with this hotel. Quiet, modern, safe, right near Hammersmith station. The Premier Plus room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good quality for a large chain hotel.

The staff was ok and speedy on checking but after that … the hotel was not clean the room was not cleaned or bed changed for all 3 days , even by request… the breakfast was ok .

Great spot for a short stay in London, very conveniently located a few minutes away from the Tube. Our room was small but it was clean and had everything we needed. We ran into a small issue between Expedia and Premier Inn where we’d prepaid for the entire stay but Expedia’s payment system wouldn’t connect according to the manager which was a bit alarming, but everything was eventually sorted. We would stay here again, especially coin laundry can be added to the amenities! We would’ve needed it for sure if we’d stayed longer.

Short walk to the tube and a neighborhood that has everything I needed. Premium Plus was worth it for the extra amenities such as King Size bed and Espresso Machine.

A great breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful. Just one little complaint. We did ask for our room to be tidied and it was not. I just don't understand why you wouldn't tidy a room every day as a matter. Of course I would still return here and recommend two people very good connection to transport links and the local Twp is Great
