โWe had a fantastic stay at Ilford Grand Apartments. The apartment was absolutely lovely โ spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. โStaff very good but on Friday one young lady had to do reception, bar and restaurant which I felt was too much for her. However she cheerfully managed to help everyone eventually! Saturday morning the lift wasnโt working! โ
