“Check in was nice and quick. The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit.
I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained.
They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes)
Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of...

“Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either.”

“The whole environment is clean and security is good but the room smells bad.had to deodorise before sleeping for my entire stay.
Also, the bathroom shower curtain is horrible,it wraps your body when bathing and its very irritating...besides these two problems,i cant complain about the rest.”
