"The rooms are so beyond what I expected. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the products smelled great. The staff was very helpful and polite. The casino doesn’t stink of cigarettes, the parking situation is easy to navigate, free and convenient. The front desk staff was efficient and accommodating, guest services was helpful. The design of the entire place is amazing. Compared to what it was when it was Hard Rock, this is so much better and cleaner. It makes you feel happy just walking around the halls, the retail and casino area. I REALLY feel like we lucked out on this stay. Plus, it was EDC weekend and we got some fancy souvenirs to take home. I’m definitely gonna make an effort to stay here whenever I come to Vegas. It’s definitely my favorite stay so far. "
