"The pool is amazing, it has a sandy beach at one end and is huge with a swim up bar. Unfortunately we could not swim off the real beach just in front of the hotel as it was rainy season and there is a risk of salty crocodiles and box jelly fish. The casino is huge and a bit off putting. Most rooms are pretty basic but we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine, which was most welcome. The rooms around the big pool are really great"

"I didn't like the fact they ask for a mandatory pre check in which includes uploading photo ID. After several attempts to upload photo ID with a failure each time. Contacted them and was advised to call on arrival at around midnight and someone would come and site ID then get key. Not allowed pin to key box and produce ID on checkout as previously done. Had to wait half hour for person to check ID after 4 hour flight and it being after midnight. Ridiculous."

"the room was clean and the staff were great. We had 2 one bedroom apartments. Ours had celophane patches on the lounge. the 2nd apartment had faulty aircon so was always hot and it took some 10 days to rectify. Additionally there was a burn the size of a plate in the carpet. During a few nights there was significant noise and children running down the hall at night. It was not up to their normal standard and not sure we will go back for a fourth visit."
