The staff were kind and accommodating but the carpet in the room hadn’t been hoovered and was well in need of replacing. The handle was also coming off the door and the plug sockets were positioned so close to the table below that you couldn’t plug things in

A really friendly greeting at reception, with helpful guidance. The room was of a very high standard, clean and fresh, with a good supply of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Beds were comfy, only niggle was that the extra pillows provided were really lumpy.
