“We did not receive an email with the key code prior to our arrival, so we had difficulty accessing our room right away. Thankfully, a staff member was able to contact the manager for assistance. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.”

It is an amazing property with a beautiful lake, amazing facilities, the cleanest rooms/cottages and only 20 minutes from the park. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. If attending the Baseball Hall of Fame, see the front desk for discount tickets. I highly recommend this property!”
