"Easy early checkin. Room was very clean and new. Ryan(front desk) was so nice to get me a coffee when I woke up at 340am and was preparing to leave for an early flight. All i said was I wish I had some coffee and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a cup when everything was closed. Archie at the roof top bar was very engaging and great to talk to. His recommendation for local beers were fantastic and spot on. Thanks for the great short stay!"

"i booked a wake-up call for 5:15am as i had to get to the airport for an international flight. the operator agreed to make the wake up call he did not make that call. i woke up at 6:30am. when i told reception that they had missed the call. i just got laughed at and received the usual 'we are so sorry"

"A hotel in city with a great location. Thai town, Korea town, Chinatown are within easy walking distance. It is on Pitt Street and next to George St with the light rail. Central and Town Station are all within easy walking distance. Great food is just downstairs. Friendly service. The prices have gone up so that the value is not that great anymore."
