"I had a horrible experience, the hotel was below par. It was very out dated and the walls has holes in the from the luggage carts. And the valet staff was so so awful and rude. I’ve contacted corporate over the situation that had happened. The manager didn’t do anything when issues were addressed"

"We love returning to the Roosevelt for our weekend getaways in New Orleans. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and we’ve never had a better night. Sleep on those heavenly beds lol we like to sit in the lobby and just admire the architecture, the beauty and how well-maintained it has been. Planning on returning soon!"
