“Great location. The staff were amazing and friendly. Room was clean and parking was convenient”

“Clean and staff was polite”

“Good value”

“Halls smelled like wet carpet. Room wasn’t updated. Rusty furniture.”

“Everyone was nice but is not that great of a hotel as it is shown, breakfast is ok and it is not that clean or big as it seems in pictures but the main thing was that it is advertised as being close to downtown/tourists places and it is not, the Uber’s were really expensive.”

“My room, which was next to the breakfast service room, was very noisy. I would start hearing pots and pans and people moving stuff around at about 6:00 in the morning and it wouldn't die down till after breakfast was over around 10:00 a.m.. it was hard to sleep and and it felt like people were literally banging on the walls. It was room 104.”

“Perfect”

“Our first time in NOLA. Our stay was less than 10 hours but the hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, which was a plus as we had been traveling all day.”

“Good hotel.”

“The room was decent and everyone was nice. The refrigerator did not work and it was not fixed or replaced over a 2 night stay. The ice machines were also broken and only worked on the 1st floor which was inconvenient. The toilet was also extremely low to the floor. This made it harder for an older person to use easily.”
