“Very helpful staff and they go above and beyond”

“The hotel is in the hospital building, so parking and checking in are confusing. However once you get in the hotel/ hospital is very nice clean and peaceful.”

“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip. Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable. Both the pool and the gym were closed during my stay. Having both amenities out of order at once...

“객실은 깨끗했으나 논스모킹룸인데도 담배냄새가 심하게 베어있어서 힘들었습니다 ”

“I liked the property. I liked the gated parking and the use of a security code for entering the lot and rooms. The room was clean, there are nice amenities, and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.”

“객실은 매우 만족했고 위치가 매우 좋았음. 다만 비영어권 외국인과의 대화에 있어 너무 빨리 말을해서 불변감이 있었음. 이런부분이 개선되면 최고의 숙박시설이 될것임”

“It’s our home away from home”

“프렌치쿼터 관광에 최적입니다”

“The location was perfect, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. ”

“The woman at check in was very welcoming and had our room all ready for us, as I did the early check in request. I was SO HAPPY!! She also helped me with our Uber pickup, as the hotel itself didn’t show up as where we were, due to recent construction. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you!!”
