"Room was huge and the location was great."

"The check-in counter rep wrote QT on the key card with the assumption we would know that meant the elevator banks we should use. No.. There was no a single bottle of water in the room. Considering the room rate, this is how Marriott is saving money? Room was on the 21st floor. There was no hot water. I called for assistance and was told someone will come to check. For? To tell me there is no hot water, that perhaps the broiler is in basement and it takes 15 minutes of running and wasting water to get lukewarm water to shower. Because that’s exactly what happened. Not good because I was traveling with someone else who had the same issue and did the same. I can imagine how much water is being wasted considering the number of rooms on this property. I chose to accept the higher rate due to location. Not good."

"Loved the hotel and the staff. Perfectly situated and very clean. Maintenance was a huge issue during our stay. I booked 2 rooms and had non-functioning televisions in both rooms. While I don't normally care about televisions, my father does immensely, and despite bringing this up right away, nothing was done to repair or replace those televisions over our 4-night stay. Same for the coffee makers in the room that needed servicing and were non-functioning, Considering I paid quite a bit of money for the 2 rooms, I was disappointed in this inattention. While it is a beautiful stay, the lack of attention to maintenance while we were there left a sour taste, especially when management didn't get back to us."
