"Loved it here Great location to everywhere you want to go. Bar does close early and the breakfast was good but expensive for what you get . You do get a mean g o e Drink ticket for limited drinks. Otherwise I’ll come back again "

While the hotel staff responded remarkably quickly to my concerns, sending someone to assess the situation, the leak was persistent and continued bubbling in multiple spots on the wall. They did their best to contain it with towels, but it was clear that more needed to be done. Since there were no other rooms available that night, I had to spend the night in that room, which was less than ideal. Resolution and Compensation** The following day, the hotel staff moved me to a different room, which was a relief. I also appreciated their gesture of compensating me for the inconvenience by waiving a fee. This thoughtful action demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. **Staff and Service** The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The front desk team was great, and the porters were particularly attentive, assisting with luggage and helping to arrange taxis. Their excellent service made a significant difference. "

"The breakfast was pretty good. The room was okay. The WiFi was horrible. So bad the tv would not work and I had to disconnect my phone from it to do anything. Also the parking was kind of expensive if you ask me. $50 a night for valet or $30 a day to self park across the street but that’s just about everywhere you go in NOLA"

"Location very good. Condition was ok the staff tried hard . They are cashless so getting change to tip staff was not available. Absolutely despised the destination fees and other little packs to increase cost."
