Very efficient. I wish the price of parking your vehicle could be held down to a reasonable price. 55$ is a lot to have your car sit in a parking deck.

My only issue was the AC in the room I was in barely worked at all. Not sure if other rooms had this problem but I’d suggest bringing a portable fan in case this is a recurring issue with their rooms.

The hotel is clean, modern, beautifully designed, and geographically located walking distance to the Superdome and shops. It’s immediately across Caesars casino and surrounded by great places to eat & drink. We had a 1 king suite with pool view and it was perfect. The only thing I would update is the bathroom which was too small. However the suite had a good size living room and kitchenette. Plenty of power outlets along with USB plugs. Well lit room, but also had blackout curtains.

Hotel lobby smelled like weed. Haven’t been to a hotel where the smell hits you before you even check in. Tried to add my Hilton honors when I left so I wouldn’t be charged for the water in the room and the lady was super rude and made a snide comment about booking with third party sites. Incidental hold was $150 which seemed excessive. Doors slammed when they were shut. Room next to me slammed every time they left so doors need to be adjusted so they aren’t slamming. Simple fix that would easily help guests sleep better but yet hasn’t been done. Inside the hotel room it was mediocre. Room light switches were very dirty.
