Everything was great, but our room didn’t have a safe. We asked about it, but nobody could help us. They also need to let guests use the stairs—we were on the second floor and had to wait the elevator for five minutes just to go up one flight.

Older property so expect some dated furniture and wear and tear. Rooms could honestly use a refresh and new paint but hey, when in New Orleans, the time is had outside the room! The staff was pleasant but not as much attentive as they could have been. We encountered a problem with the AC in the room and despite multiple notifications to management, there was no resolve. Although it was a short two night stay, the agony of sweating during sleep wasn’t pleasant to say the least and I longed for home where I could be comfortable while resting. Not my idea of a home away from home. The breakfast was great and the omelette stations were excellent. That’s prob the best part of the stay. Also, a Great location.
