“The location was great and felt secure for our family of 4. The St Charles streetcar runs right in front of the hotel which is a plus. Also, there was complimentary onsite parking which is hard to find in New Orleans. We stayed there twice-on the way to and from Florida-and both times the rooms were clean and well-kept. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to New Orleans. The only negative (which was no fault of the hotel) was the construction happening next door. On our 2nd stay...

“Classical building, modern interior. Very social atmosphere. But dining room is too small, hard to accomodate many people. Also, you have to take public transportion to get to French Quarter. 오래된 건물이지만 내부는 매우 깔끔하게 리모델링돼서 좋은 의미로 클래식함. 방문 당시에 굉장히 사교적인 분위기였음. 주변 분위기가 그리 좋지 않고 프렌치쿼터까지 가려면 대중교통 필수.”

“컨벤션센터와 매우 가깝다. 조식이 괜찮고, 방은 깨끗하고, 욕실에 화장품 등을 놓을 공간이 많아 편리함. 다만 샤워기가 고정형이라 조금 불편하고, 체크인하는날 복도벽을 페인트 칠하고 있어서 페인트 냄새가 많이 남.”

“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...

“The hotel is nice and in a quieter neighborhood which was great. The only this which soured our mood at the end was a food charge which we never ordered or got delivered to our room. When we asked them to make it right, they said they would take it off and send the correct bill. The 2nd time the bill still had the charge. Tried to email them but they never replied back. A bit of a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.”
