The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were professional and very friendly and helpful. We attended an event there that night and the decor and food were great. I would definitely recommend the hotel and all amenities to anyone.
The Nopsi met all of our expectations: comfortable and quiet room; comfortable bed and good shower and lots of room in our suite room to spread out. The location was great - walking to blues festival in nearby Lafayette Square and French Quarter and great restaurants. The terrace pool was really nice to have as well. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We had a gift of free drinks at the nice bar in the lobby...A great stay and highly recommended!
Location was great, close to everything and quiet off the strip. Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fridge in room but you have to go downstairs for microwave. Would stay again and recommend.
The staff was great, you’re in a prime location to all the tourist attractions, the hotel was quiet and Kevin was amazing and helped with great recommendations! I would stay again
Room was really nice and spacious. And hotel staff was very pleasant. My only issues were one of the elevators didn't work during my entire stay, causing a long journey to the lobby at times. Additionally, the WiFi wasn't available.
The staff was was amazing. It was my best friend‘s birthday. They was very accommodating for the whole weekend. I would stay here again and very close proximity to everything.
I think the property may need some upgrades - esp to their standard rooms. I had an issue - but the manager upgraded me to a good suit and also paid for one of my breakfast! Meaning I give this manager 6 stars and though my initial rating was 2 but due to her and the much nicer upgraded room - am giving this property 5 stars. Breakfast was good too - had a nice jazz band playing over the weekend too
