“The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel.”

“My stay was for a work trip, and this location made it much more than work. It felt like vacation. The front desk staff were super helpful, check in was quick and easy. The room had a great view and was very clean. This location was in the heart of everything. I would recommend staying here for a quiet, relaxing time. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I did visit the bar in the hotel lobby a few times and the waitress was nice, engaging and remembered my order from the day before.”

“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...
