“Yes, the room is clean , but the staff at the front desk was forgetful. I had to make a request twice before I got it. Also, she is a bid too fast in closing out my account without even asking if my bags were still in the room, thereby locking me out of the room. The amenities are not up to standard, with very limited choice of teas and coffees. The worst thing is still providing nondairy cream— Coffee Mate! As creamer for teas and coffees! This is totally absurd for a so- ranked 5 star hotel! ”

“지하철역, Boston Common, Backbay 지역 등 여행에 편리한 지역에 위치하고 있습니다. 체크인은 신속하고 편리했으며, 객실 관리 및 각종 룸서비스도 훌륭합니다. 단, 객실에서 바라보는 view에는 한계가 있습니다. ”
