Hilton Boston Park Plaza
Room was so small I could have gone to the bathroom and washed my hair at the same time. You could barely walk in the room as the bed was so close to the wall. The sheets were like sandpaper. Staff was inattentive to guests checking in.

Temple Place Suites
There's no laundry in the property, and the elevator is broken for half of the stay. The staff did a good job of replying.
