"Very nice feel about the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious with generous size beds and a fridge, breakfast was excellent, also with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Shuttle wasn't available when I stayed there, but plenty of taxi options so in the end it was OK in that respect. Will stay here again when I come back to Bacau."

EXTREMLy LOUD music from ground floor ball room.
No ability of hotel to control the group occupying it.
Even when front desk staff closed the door the group opened it. Band playing full noise level
Even security personnel moved away from the hotel door.

"Perfect location for a brief weekend stay, the staff were friendly checking in at 2am. Parking was easy opposite the hotel or paid public parking nearby. Walkable to the town centre. Breakfast was basic so would not necessarily recommend."

"Made a confirmed booking on Hotels.com. Received a call from the manager on the day to confirm booking. When i arrived at 8pm, the manager had left and was very impolitely told that no rooms were available by the reception. I stated i had booking, and was told "we are full, leave the building". Shpwed proof of booking and payment, but was told "its not my problem".
After a heated argument (15 minutes) the hotel reception called the manager, who stated to reception that i was indeed one of the "full hotel" people, and to give me a room.
My advice.... check in during the day when the manager is on site!!!"
