"Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. "

"Ideal location close to the railway & bus station and a short walk to the Kropowki. Breakfast was sustantial should suit all tastes. Hotel was comfortable and facilities swimming pool,sauna, at a good standard. Overall a good choice for a relaxing stay."

"The hotel room was nice and clean and quite spacious. Unfortunately, no hand towels were provided, the shower door let the water out and made the bathroom floor very wet which is quite dangerous. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The breakfast offered nice food selection . "
