Room was clean, check in was easy and friendly. Heater/A/C unit was noisy every time it turned on & off, and definite traffic noise being right on the interstate. However, this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and I’ll stay here again because it’s in my price range, it’s clean, close to restaurants, stores and it’s easy to get to off I-20.

Check in was quick. Towels were an odd color of tan, assuming they were once white, and thin. The room itself wasn’t bad, although the cleaning staff only rates a “C”. Just needed a place to lay our heads for the night so overall it worked for us.

I’m a pilot car operator, so I’m always looking for the best bang for my buck! This place met my standards. It was clean. The bed was comfy. Had a refrigerator and microwave, as well I was able to take a comfy bath… & they even believe in Jesus. <3

This property was very average but what I expected for the low cost. It was sufficient but could use improvement. Leaky faucets, mineral stains in toilet and sink. No complaints at all, the staff got the job done and was pleasant enough.

Great Value

The pool is drained. Hair dryer didnt work, tv didnt work, fridge did not work. There was a huge gap in between the ac and the wall so you could see and hear all the outside noise. The white towels in the bathroom were stained and while clean they just did not look it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is literally right in the same parking lot as a Mexican restaurant. The price was great, $65 after taxes for a 2 Queen bed room.

I stayed one night here, basically for a place to sleep. It is right on IH 20, so it is very noisy and kinda seedy. The front desk clerk was polite and friendly. The property is not well kept at all. Paint peeling and chipping, door swipe locks are old and barely hanging onto the door, and the entire property in general disrepair. Room AC was a window unit that sounded like it was full of gravel when you turned it on. The AC had hot / cold settings and high, medium, and low. You could not control the temperature, and the unit came on when it wanted to. There were 9 light bulbs in the main room, and 5 of them did not work. The WiFi connected but was not functional. The room was clean and served the purpose for a place to sleep. This hotel was significantly cheaper than several others, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Since I was traveling for work and limited to where I could stay, I chose this based on the reviews and photos. First off, it looks pretty sketchy when you pull up. Pool doesn't look anything like the photo. Check-in went fast, but lobby was super messy and cluttered. The room looked like it had been updated at some point, but walls were simply dirty. Everything else was clean. For the price, I thought it would be slightly better, but it served its purpose. I enjoyed the fact a Mexican restaurant was within walking distance. It was quiet at night and I slept soundly. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again just because I like a step up from that.

The young man that usually works there is super friendly and helpful and he’s the best part of the place. They have remodeled and upgraded in recent years, so it’s really a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi went out and I wish they had bigger TVs in the rooms, but other than that, it’s a great budget friendly little motel.
