"I didn’t like the front desk person I had spoken with when we got to the hotel the first time. I had called and asked to check in one hour earlier by phone when we got there she had talk to me rudely and was told I couldn’t check in until 3. This was their policy but I had. Spoken to someone else the day before and the day of before we left home. So we waited outside and returned at 2:45 and she was checking several people in already and show us the lack of respect to our needs. Stay away from the place unless you like to be talked to poorly."
