“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. “Das Hotel war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Da es im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher gab, war man für warme Getränke auf das Restaurant angewiesen, die dort kostenpflichtig sind. Dabei hatte ich persönlich den Eindruck, dass der Umgang des Barista nicht immer besonders freundlich war.”

“Wir waren für 2 Nächste im Hunguest Bük Hotel. Hotel, Zimmer, Essen, Personal war total ok, aber die Therme selbst ist schon sehr alt und müsste dringend komplett renoviert werden! Hier ist wahrscheinlich noch nie etwas erneuert worden. Das Wasser selbst ist aber sehr angenehm heiß und man kann ewig im Wasser bleiben und genießen.”

“What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!”

“Zimmer leider sehr alt. Frühstücksraum ist in einem Nebengebäude. Frühstück war gut. Für kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.”

“We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.”
